The Role
You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows connecting our core platforms.
The goal is simple: conversations with candidates and clients should automatically update our CRM, enrich our data, and trigger the right next steps without manual effort.
You will own this end to end, from architecture to delivery to ongoing maintenance.
Automation & Workflow
- n8n, as the primary automation backbone for complex, logic-driven workflows
- Zapier, for straightforward point-to-point connectors where speed of setup matters
Data Enrichment & Prospecting
- Clay, for candidate and client data enrichment, waterfall enrichment flows, and outbound sequencing
- Apollo and Lusha, integrated via Clay and n8n for contact data and signal-based triggers
Recruitment & Talent Intelligence
- RecruitCRM, as the central ATS and CRM that all workflows feed into
- LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, synced to pipeline and search activity
- Tactiq, for automated call and meeting capture feeding structured notes into RecruitCRM
AI & Productivity
- Claude AI, integrated via API for intelligent processing of call transcripts, candidate summaries, and data structuring
- Microsoft 365 and Copilot, across Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint for the wider team
What You Will Build
- End-to-end candidate capture flows: Tactiq meeting notes processed by Claude, structured and pushed into RecruitCRM automatically
- Clay enrichment pipelines pulling from LinkedIn, Apollo, and Lusha, with clean data landing in RecruitCRM
- n8n workflows handling complex logic, error handling, and multi-step automations that Zapier cannot support
- AI-powered data processing using Claude via API to extract, summarise, and categorise information from calls and documents
- Microsoft 365 and Copilot configuration across the team, including permissions, shared workflows, and Teams integrations
- Role-based access controls and data security protocols to protect confidential candidate and client information
- Clear documentation of every workflow so the business is never dependent on one person
What We Need From You
- Proven experience building production n8n workflows, including complex branching logic and API integrations
- Hands-on Clay experience, specifically enrichment tables, waterfall logic, and CRM push flows
- Strong understanding of RecruitCRM or comparable ATS platforms and their API capabilities
- Comfort working with AI APIs, particularly Claude or OpenAI, for data processing and prompt engineering
- Microsoft 365 administration experience including Copilot configuration and SharePoint permissions
- A security-first mindset with experience managing data compliance across distributed teams
- The ability to work independently, move at pace, and document what you build clearly
- Nice to Have
- Experience in a recruitment or professional services environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter API or Talent Insights data
- Experience with Tactiq or similar meeting intelligence platforms
- Knowledge of GDPR and data handling obligations for candidate data
Engagement
This is an initial short-term contract with real scope to extend as we continue building out our automation capability.
You will work closely with the founders and senior team to understand how we work, and translate that into reliable, scalable systems that give our recruiters back their time.
