Job Summary

Automation Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and implement Runbook Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Build and maintain automated alarm detection and troubleshooting systems using both static threshold monitoring and AI/ML-based anomaly detection.
• Develop scripts, APIs, and workflows to automate operational processes and integrate with existing platforms.
• Automate incident response, change management, and service restoration procedures.

AI/ML & AIOps Solutions

• Design and deploy AI-powered operational solutions that enhance service reliability and operational efficiency.
• Implement machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive analysis, and automated troubleshooting.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into automation frameworks and operational workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies to improve operational performance.

Solution Design & Customer Engagement

• Analyze customer environments and gather business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable automation and AI-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Translate customer requirements into innovative and commercially viable technical solutions.
• Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution reviews.
• Support pre-sales activities by developing technical proposals and solution architectures.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and automate remediation processes.
• Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Track and report automation outcomes, including efficiency gains, incident reduction, and cost savings.
• Contribute to the development of automation standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Create and maintain technical documentation for automation workflows, AI models, integrations, and operational procedures.
• Share knowledge and best practices through internal workshops and training sessions.
• Support customer enablement and competence development initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, AIOps, or related fields.
• Experience delivering end-to-end automation solutions in enterprise or telecom environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-enabled automation initiatives.
• Experience working with customer-facing projects and solution design activities.

Automation & Scripting

• Strong programming and scripting skills in:
• Python
• Bash
• JavaScript
• PHP
• Perl
• JSON
• Experience developing APIs and workflow integrations.

AI/ML & Analytics

• Experience with AI/ML concepts and practical implementation.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and intelligent monitoring.
• Understanding of AIOps platforms and automation-driven operations.

Databases

• Experience working with:
• MySQL
• MariaDB

• Microsoft SQL Server

• Oracle Database
• Ability to create queries, reports, and troubleshoot database-related issues.

Automation Platforms

• Hands-on experience with Runbook and Robotic Process Automation tools, such as:
• ENABLE
• MITO
• UiPath
• Experience integrating automation solutions into enterprise operational environments.

Cloud & Integration (Preferred)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and systems integration.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.

• Certifications in Automation, AI/ML, Cloud Technologies, or DevOps.
• Experience with AIOps, observability platforms, and intelligent operations frameworks.
• Knowledge of Ericsson operational environments and managed service platforms.
