Role Summary
We are looking for a candidate who can centrally coordinate and manage audits,
inspections, regulatory reviews, and requirement tracking across the organization.
The role will work closely with Operations, Compliance, Technology, Finance, Product, and
Management teams to ensure audit readiness, timely submission of reports, closure of
observations, and proper tracking of regulatory and business requirements.
The candidate does not necessarily need direct experience in all audit areas but should
have strong coordination, documentation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
with a good understanding of financial services and/or technology processes.
Suitable Background And Preferred Experience
- Candidates with experience in any of the below areas would be suitable:
- Internal Audit, Compliance, PMO, Governance, Risk, or Regulatory Coordination
- roles.
- Brokerage, banking, fintech, capital markets, or financial services industry
- experience.
- IT or Technology background with understanding of brokerage or financial systems.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), change
- management, project implementation, or UAT processes.
- Experience coordinating with auditors, regulators, technology teams, or external
- vendors.
- Experience handling or supporting any one or more of the following:
- CMA audits or inspections
- Tadawul-related reviews
- ZATCA audits
- Finance external audits
- Strong documentation, reporting, tracking, and stakeholder coordination skills.
