About This Role

Overview

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and daily needs, including stock control and ordering.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and coordinate internal and external events.
  • Handle government-related processes (visas, Iqama, labor cards, passport validity, transfers, and work visa quotas).
  • Prepare and draft official documents and letters for government entities.
  • Manage and update company assets (vehicles, equipment, gifts, and drivers).
  • Track company licenses and ensure all certifications are valid and up to date.
  • Visit and coordinate with government departments to complete company transactions.
  • Process payment requests related to business operations.
  • Arrange business cards and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
