About This Role
Gemini Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Audit Manager to lead and strengthen the internal audit function across our group companies.
The role will oversee audit activities for our retail trading outlets, manufacturing units, and contracting division across the UAE. We are looking for a professional who can bring strong financial controls, operational audit expertise, risk management capabilities, and process improvement initiatives into a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage internal audit activities across all business divisions
- Conduct operational, financial, inventory, compliance, and process audits
- Review internal controls and identify operational and financial risks
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE regulations
- Monitor stock movement, branch operations, procurement, and cash handling processes
- Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations and corrective action plans
- Coordinate with management teams to improve systems, controls, and efficiency
- Support management with risk assessment and fraud prevention measures
- Follow up on audit observations and closure of non-conformities
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- 8–10 years of UAE experience in Internal Audit
- Prior experience in General Trading, Retail Distribution, or Manufacturing sector preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory audit, operational audit, and financial controls
- Experience handling multi-branch operations will be an advantage
- Good understanding of ERP systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for audit activities
