Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support closure of regulatory examinations and external audits using financial-crime framework and audit-process expertise.
• Coordinate with Central Compliance on delivery related to outsourced compliance activities.
• Use a standardized audit and regulatory issue-management framework and provide transparent remediation progress updates.
• Track exam and audit resolutions and support compliant presentation of ADGM Binance entities.
• Validate proposed issue closures against the original gap and assist with special projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of compliance, audit, and/or regulatory examination management experience, including closure validation or assurance.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global organization and coordinate across locations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, writing, project management, teamwork, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to create external-facing materials with internal stakeholders and handle complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Crypto/fintech and ADGM regulatory experience is preferred.
