Audit Lead / Manager

**Reporting to**: Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing audit policies (UAE / KSA / Egypt) and assess any gaps to be addressed.
• Draft and oversee implementation of Group final policies.
• Engage and take lead for ICFR audits.
• Assist with system implementation at UAT stage and set up the authority matrix for UAE on the systems.
• Engage on internal audit with one of the Big 4 auditing firms.
• Set the annual audit plan and conduct audit based on the plan.
• Plan and conduct internal audits across departments and business units.
• Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, fraud risks, and cost leakages.
• Prepare audit reports with clear findings, risk ratings, and practical recommendations.
• Follow up with departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support management in strengthening policies, SOPs, compliance, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• CPA Qualification preferred.
• 5–8 years of internal audit experience, preferably in Consulting, FMCG, or fresh produce.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, inventory audits, and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deal confidently with department heads.
