Role Summary
The **Data Management Representative** will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company data, and client-related data in the company’s systems and portals.
The role supports daily data management, document filing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure records are complete, accurate, and easy to retrieve.
This is a junior operational support role suited for someone with good attention to detail, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to handle routine data work in a high-volume environment.
Data Entry & System Updates
- Enter SKU, customer, item and other data, or transaction details into the company system.
- Update records accurately and on time.
- Check entered data for basic errors before submission.
- Maintain clean and organized digital records.
Data Entry Support
- Assist in posting data into the system.
- Upload documents onto company portals as required.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with finance, operations, sales, and delivery teams for missing documents or information.
- Support the finance team with inventory data, or data tracking and document retrieval.
- Escalate discrepancies or missing data to the relevant team.
Excel & Reporting Support
- Maintain Excel trackers for all product, or inventory data, document uploads, pending documents, and completed entries.
- Update daily work status reports as required.
- Assist in preparing simple summaries of completed and pending work.
Documentation & Filing
- Ensure documents are easy to locate when requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Good data entry speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus.
- Basic communication skills.
- Organized and disciplined approach to work.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet daily deadlines.
- Willingness to learn company systems and client portals.
Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, admin support, invoicing, or documentation.
- Experience in HORECA, FMCG, food trading, fruits and vegetables, or distribution companies is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience handling company data or client portals is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Mandatory.
- Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
