Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Audiologist role located in Mecca.
The Audiologist will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, diagnosing hearing disorders, and providing effective treatment plans for patients.
Additional responsibilities include fitting, testing, and maintaining hearing aids, counseling patients and families on hearing health, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient well-being.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnosing auditory conditions
- Expertise in hearing aid selection, fitting, and troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills to communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Experience in working with patients of various age groups, including children and older adults
- Ability to operate and maintain audiometric and diagnostic equipment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or related field (Doctorate is a plus)
- Licensure and certification as required to practice as an Audiologist
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
