Job Description
As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing hearing and balance disorders.
Your role
will involve providing patient-centred care and recommending appropriate treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing tests and evaluations using specialised equipment
- Diagnose hearing loss and related conditions
- Recommend and fit hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Provide counselling and guidance to patients and families
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
- Stay updated with advancements in audiology practices and technology
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Audiology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Local candidates must have a transferable NOC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Valid professional license (preferred)
