Pool and guest experience
- Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck.
- Promote a fun, relaxing atmosphere in recreational areas and activities.
- Monitor recreation facility activity, apply local emergency procedures, and promote facility rules.
- Identify guests who may not be able to participate safely and alert a supervisor or manager.
- Assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
- Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
Work practices and physical duties
- Follow company policies; maintain a clean, professional appearance; protect confidential information and company assets; meet quality standards.
- Communicate professionally and maintain positive working relationships.
- Read and verify information, visually inspect tools or equipment, and use computers or point-of-sale systems for work information.
- Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and perform duties involving reaching, bending, stairs, and uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience and no supervisory experience are listed in the preferred qualification information.
Required certifications
- CPR certification is required.
- First Aid certification is required.
- Fitness Equipment is listed under required certifications.
- Certifications or training required by local and state agencies are required.
