Full-time, non-management support role for a breakfast and brunch restaurant at a Dubai property.
Help food and beverage operations run smoothly and support the guest experience.
Support duties
- Set tables and assist the kitchen.
- Clean work areas and replenish supplies.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards; maintain professional appearance and communication.
- Read and visually verify menu information while performing hands-on support duties.
- Learn and exemplify the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and service values.
Preferred qualifications and experience
- No related work experience is required.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No supervisory experience; no license or certification specified.
Physical demands
- The role is not remote and involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Requires moving objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, plus reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.
