Asst. Sales Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies with the Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets.
• Build business with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other partners; maintain existing accounts and develop new ones.
• Promote rooms, facilities, meeting spaces, events, and other hotel services.
• Conduct client visits, sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and corporate rate agreements; follow up on enquiries and negotiate rates.
• Convert potential business into confirmed bookings.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue, and Events teams to support service delivery.
• Maintain client databases, sales reports, and account records.
• Support promotional activities and pre-opening business development and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Hotel sales or hospitality business development experience is preferred; similar-position or Sales Executive experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• UAE hospitality market and corporate client network knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hotel CRM or sales systems knowledge is an advantage.
• Professional attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred; immediate availability is encouraged.
