Associate, Structured Credit Asset Management

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in structured credit, asset-backed finance, or securitized products.
• Strong understanding of structured credit products and financing structures, with experience in areas such as forward flows, warehouse facilities, asset-backed lending, ABS, CLOs or SRTs.
• Excellent credit, analytical, and financial modeling skills, with the curiosity to translate analysis into investment conclusions.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI, Python, SQL, or similar technologies to improve workflows, analyze data, and increase team effectiveness.
• High degree of ownership and initiative. You identify problems, develop solutions, and drive work forward without waiting for a detailed playbook.
• Intellectual curiosity and ambition to grow from process execution into increasingly sophisticated portfolio analysis, judgment, and portfolio management responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and judgment: automation should reduce manual work without compromising the rigor, controls, and accuracy required to manage institutional capital.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear conclusions, recommendations, and actions.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline; progress toward a CFA or CPA designation is an asset.
