What You Bring

  • Significant experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise AV and collaboration technologies within large, complex technology environments, with deep expertise in meeting room systems, audio and video technologies, AV over IP and supporting infrastructure.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities, including experience resolving complex L3 issues across AV systems, collaboration platforms, networks and integrated technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration technologies, including Cisco and Microsoft solutions, and familiarity with workplace platforms such as AppSpace, Cisco Spaces, ServiceNow WSD and Vyopta.
  • Experience developing technology roadmaps, evaluating emerging solutions, managing platform lifecycles and leading technical implementations and upgrades.
  • Experience working with AV integrators and technology vendors, including reviewing technical designs, proposals and statements of work.
  • Strong technical leadership, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex issues and guide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear recommendations, influence stakeholders and mentor colleagues across multidisciplinary teams.
