- Sales Support Account Manager

- As a Sales Support Account Manager, you’ll step into strategically important territories, acting as the face of our business while ensuring customers continue to receive the highest level of service. - Maintain customer trust and drive revenue during transition periods.
- Manage multiple territories, customers, and opportunities at once.
- Become a trusted advisor to customers while expanding your network.
- Key Responsibilities
- Act as the interim sales representative for inactive territories (up to 3 at a time).
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support.
- Review and progress open opportunities, collaborating with DSMs and branch teams.
- Provide account administration support (invoices, PO changes, credits, service orders).
- Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value.
- Ensure smooth transition and handoff once a new Field Sales Representative takes over.
