Associate Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager (Structure Finance)

About This Role

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plan & implement it as per agreed objectives in order to maximize profitability and achieve business growth.
• Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits.
• Prepare credit proposal.
• Manage assigned projects.
• Provide competitive market information.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the bank or person in charge of the department from time to time on the basis of requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics or Business Administration from a reputable university.
• Professional designation of CFA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or FRM is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, corporate credit, risk management or relevant sectors.
• Proven exposure to client relationship management and business development activities is required.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Mature and independent mindset, ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
• Willing to develop a detailed understanding of client issues/needs and develop ideas and solutions in response.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluent in Chinese or Arabic is a plus.
