Associate Credit Manager / Credit Manager

To review credit proposals, which include credit limit & rating and single business transactions from the business department for new and existing clients of the Bank, which includes corporations and financial institutions.

To prepare review comments based on the investigation report provided by the business departments, credit analysis on the client's operational and financial condition, research on macroeconomic, industry, etc.

3.

Conduct post-approval independent credit review on credit facilities.

4.

Prepare the periodic risk report, and present the Bank's risk position and analysis to internal committees and regulators.

5.

Develop, review, and update all risk-related policy documents.

6.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Access, or other tools for relevant reporting.

7.

Conduct data-driven analysis and interpretation on risk-related reports.

8.

Any other responsibilities assigned by the Bank or the person who is in charge of the department from time to time.

1.

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, business management, etc.

2. 1-5 years of credit-related work experience in the financial service industry.

3.

CFA and FRM professional certifications are a plus.

4.

Good teamwork spirit and can work under pressure.

5.

Have a good sense of activation and motivation.

6.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

7.

Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese will be an advantage.

8.

Strong Data Analysis skills.

9.

Similar working experience in large international banks will be an advantage.
