Associate project Manager

• Track and monitor the daily utilization of IT resources, including engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, availability, workload, leaves, and billable/non-billable hours.
• Ensure all resources are logging timesheets on a daily basis and follow up on pending or incomplete entries.
• Prepare and circulate daily utilization and timesheet compliance reports to management and team leads.
• Develop weekly and monthly summary reports for senior management, highlighting utilization trends, gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Analyze utilization data to identify underutilization, over-allocation, resource conflicts, and operational inefficiencies.
• Maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Must have expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, report automation, DAX, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, team leads, HR, and department heads to validate resource data and improve reporting accuracy.
• Monitor resource capacity planning and support management in forecasting future resource requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across Odoo, project management tools, and reporting systems.
• Track billable vs non-billable utilization and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Highlight risks related to resource shortages, workload imbalance, or low utilization to management proactively.
• Support PMO activities related to reporting, governance, and operational tracking.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within utilization tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Provide recommendations to optimize resource planning, allocation strategies, and workforce efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, trackers, and utilization records for audit and management review purposes
