Supports the Product Manager in planning, developing, and improving logistics and fulfillment products.
Works closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into product features, ensure smooth product delivery, and improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Support roadmap execution
- Assist the Product Manager in maintaining and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and team capacity.
- ·
- Define product requirements
- Translate business and operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- ·
- Enable engineering delivery
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development, testing, and release cycles to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
- ·
- Gather stakeholder insights
- Engage regularly with Operations, Customer Success, and Growth teams to surface pain points, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- ·
- Track product performance
- Monitor key metrics such as adoption rates, operational efficiency gains, and customer usage patterns to inform prioritization and measure impact.
- ·
- Drive product discovery
- Participate in user interviews, workflow analysis, and problem validation to develop a deep understanding of user needs and operational realities.

- Communicate and document
- Prepare clear product documentation, release notes, training materials, and internal communications that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

- Contribute broadly
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed in line with team and organizational priorities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, operations technology, or logistics platforms.
Skills & Competencies
Strong product thinking and structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into precise technical requirements.
Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and practices.
Comfort with data analysis and using metrics to track and communicate product performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with logistics workflows including fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
