  • This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days (Mon-Wed) each week in our Salt Lake City office. Candidates must live within, or be willing to relocate to, the Salt Lake City metropolitan area.

Qualifications

  • Experience with UX or product design through professional work, internships, education, or independent projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design user experiences for web and mobile products, from early concepts through polished designs.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to understand problems, explore solutions, and bring experiences from concept through delivery.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to better understand people’s needs and evaluate design ideas.
  • Use customer feedback, research insights, and product data to improve the user experience.
  • Contribute to our design system and help create consistent, accessible experiences across our products.
  • Share your work with your team, explain the thinking behind your decisions, seek feedback, and use what you learn to improve the experience.
  • Ask questions, explore multiple approaches, and work with your team to turn complex problems into clear, simple experiences.
  • You care about creating great user experiences and enjoy learning through collaboration, feedback, and iteration.
  • You're eager to grow your design craft while contributing to meaningful product work.
  • Experience with UX or product design through professional work, internships, education, or independent projects.
  • A portfolio of work that show how you approach problems, explore ideas, make design decisions, and iterate based on what you learn.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs in Figma.
  • A foundation in user-centered, visual, and interaction design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a growth mindset.
