Job Summary

Support the management, coordination, and measurement of regenerative-agriculture impact projects, initially focused on the olive oil value chain and later other IFFCO key crops, including palm in the mid-term.

Identify potential wildlife-conservation projects in KSA, Egypt, Pakistan, and Indonesia; develop proposals with partners and support execution of approved projects.

Assess biodiversity-conservation projects by suppliers in IFFCO key-crop value chains.

Work with communications colleagues to share sustainability stories and project results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support targets and detailed time-bound action plans for regenerative agriculture and wildlife conservation; advise, coordinate, and support implementation.
  • Focus on introducing regenerative-agriculture practices across 100% of the olive oil value chain and applying learnings to other key-crop value chains.
  • Work with partners to coordinate regenerative agriculture and prepare internal communications decks about activities and impacts.
  • Work with partners to direct and coordinate wildlife-conservation projects and prepare internal communications decks about projects and impacts.
  • Collect, compile, measure, and report project progress and results.
  • Support external communications about sustainability stories and project results.

Key Performance Indicators

Reach committed biodiversity targets and communicate sustainability stories and impacts.

Implement regenerative agriculture across 100% of the olive oil value chain and reflect it in brand campaigns and communications, according to plan, budget, and schedule.

Apply regenerative-agriculture learning in other IFFCO key crops.

Realize IFFCO’s biodiversity-conservation footprint.

Provide administrative support to the Sustainability Team.

Work Experience Requirement

  • Agricultural or environmental background.
  • Knowledge of sustainability aspects.

Qualification

  • University graduate in Agriculture or Environmental Science.
