Are you ready to build culturally resonant Internal Communications narratives at the iconic House of AMOUAGE?

We are currently looking for an

Associate Manager – Internal & Corporate Communications

to shape and structure Amouage’s communications both internally and externally.

This role brings clarity, coherence, and discipline to how the House communicates with its people and presents its business performance and leadership voice to the outside world.

Your Mission

Working closely with the Community & Cultural Engagement Associate Director, this role will be responsible for shaping and structuring how Amouage communicates internally while safeguarding the House’s corporate narrative externally.

Acting as the architect of internal communications, the role drives employee engagement and leadership messaging, while ensuring that business performance and strategic direction are expressed with clarity and consistency.

Positioned at the intersection of leadership, HR, and Communications, it translates priorities into coherent messaging and builds the frameworks that enable effective communication across the organization.

1. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement (70%)

  • Design and implement a structured internal communications framework across the organization.
  • Own internal newsletters, announcements, and key corporate communications to employees.
  • Develop and manage leadership communications, including messaging for CEO, CCO, and senior leadership.
  • Plan and deliver internal events such as town halls, leadership updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with HR to support employer branding and culture-driven communication initiatives.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and tone alignment across all internal messaging.
  • Introduce and manage communication calendars, processes, and governance.
  • Track internal communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and feedback loops.

2. Corporate Communications & Executive Visibility (30%)

  • Shape and articulate Amouage’s corporate narrative, including business performance, growth, and strategic milestones.
  • Support executive visibility through:
  • LinkedIn content
  • Interviews and speaking engagements
  • Panel participation and thought leadership
  • Draft and coordinate corporate press releases and official statements.
  • Support crisis communication preparedness and messaging alignment.
  • Ensure consistency between corporate messaging and broader brand and communications strategy.

3. Cross-Functional Alignment & Governance

  • Act as a key liaison between Communications, HR, and senior leadership.
  • Work closely with Chief Business Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and other executives to translate business priorities into communication outputs.
  • Establish clear processes for internal and corporate communication flows.
  • Ensure alignment with PR (creations, launches, media) and Publishing (editorial outputs), without overlap.

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or related roles
  • Experience in luxury, culture, or international brand environments preferred
  • Strong editorial and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across audiences
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Ability to structure processes and bring clarity to unstructured environments
  • Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization
  • Media relations/news desk experience advantageous, as well as HR exposure
