Associate I, Production Operations

Schedule

• Fully on-site. 10 Dan Road Canton, MA 02021
• Sunday-Friday. Off Wednesday and Saturday 7AM – 330 PM
• Entry level pay
• What You Will Be Doing
• Receive and process incoming remittance mail beginning early morning hours.
• Open mail manually and remove all contents from envelopes for processing.
• Scan remittance items and prepare payments for downstream processing.
• Sort, verify, and organize remittance documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support day‐to‐day production operations, including monitoring workflows and basic reporting.
• Perform basic troubleshooting using defined procedures and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accuracy while handling sensitive financial documents and payments.
• Communicate routine information requiring little explanation or interpretation.
• Follow security, quality, and compliance standards at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Education Requirement
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to perform routine, repetitive work with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a structured, production‐driven environment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work under close supervision.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work early morning shifts.
