Associate Director of Project Services joining Jumeirah Group & Corporate.
Oversees new hotel developments and renovations and leads implementation of brand design and product standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel development and renovation delivery to meet luxury brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Negotiate and coordinate with owners, interior designers, and contractors.
- Own and refine brand design guidelines; build global vendor and consultant partnerships.
- Set and review KPIs for hotel and branded residential projects and report to senior management.
- Manage multiple projects with focus on timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Implement standards across design, FF&E, operating equipment, and operational concepts.
- Evolve design strategy with hospitality trends and market dynamics.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as architecture, engineering, construction management, or hospitality is required.
- Master's degree, MBA, or accredited professional qualifications are an advantage.
- 6 to 8 years of management or technical services experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or high-end residential.
- Knowledge of hospitality trends, sustainability practices, and relevant technological advancements.
- Readiness for business travel; proficiency managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and quality.
