Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity programs and projects, cross-functional teams, commercial strategy, market expansion, and revenue generation.
• Win government and enterprise business, build client relationships and alliances, and lead negotiations and proposal development.
• Improve service lines, integrate emerging technologies, and lead technical presales workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Oversee project implementation, quality, risk, scope, timely delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Establish team training and certification programs, coach colleagues, and report pipeline, win rate, satisfaction, and competitive metrics.

Qualifications and experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 15 years in cybersecurity or IT services, including 5 years in senior commercial or technical leadership based in Qatar.
• Evidence of closing large-scale deals with government and enterprise clients; management consulting and digital transformation background.
• Deep knowledge of SIEM/SOAR, IAM/PAM, EDR/XDR, cloud security, and network defense; hands-on solution architecture, delivery, and client support.
• Familiarity with Qatar’s QCB IT Security Standards, Personal Data Protection Law, QCSF, and NIA.
• Fluency in English (C1+); Arabic is an advantage. Relevant certifications may include CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, GIAC, TOGAF, or vendor credentials.
