Lead complex advisory and transformation engagements across the UAE and wider Middle East.
The role combines strategy, operating-model design, organisational transformation, and implementation.
Work with senior client stakeholders to improve performance and deliver strategic priorities.
Client leadership and advisory
- Advise senior executives and government leaders; lead strategic discussions about client challenges and objectives.
- Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making forums.
- Translate analysis into recommendations and implementation plans, and build long-term client relationships.
Strategy and transformation
- Lead strategy, transformation, and organisational improvement engagements.
- Design target operating models, governance, performance, and accountability frameworks.
- Lead organisation design and business architecture initiatives; create transformation roadmaps and support implementation.
Infrastructure and practice growth
- Advise organisations responsible for major infrastructure, transport, mobility, utilities, energy, and development programmes.
- Connect organisational transformation with programme delivery and work across people, process, technology, governance, and delivery.
- Support proposals, bids, client pursuits, advisory methodologies, regional business development, and market growth.
People leadership and delivery
- Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing teams and support recruitment, capability development, and team growth.
- Manage project resourcing and teams; support clients through organisational change and implementation.
- Ensure project outputs meet a high standard and deliver measurable value.
Qualifications
- 15 or more years in consulting, advisory, transformation, or organisational change environments.
- Experience with Middle East government or built environment, real estate, infrastructure, transport, utilities, water, energy, or development organisations.
- Experience leading complex client engagements from inception through delivery and advising senior executives and government stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, multidisciplinary team leadership, and multiple-workstream experience.
- Strong commercial awareness, client relationship management, and written, verbal, and presentation skills.
