Responsibilities
- Help draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements under Product Manager guidance.
- Research user needs, analyze engagement, and review product metrics for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Investigate client and platform queries by bringing together data, system knowledge, and colleague input.
- Provide responsive client support, statistical analysis, and clear communication to dealers and clients.
- Identify improvements to processes, procedures, and day-to-day work.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and solution building across product, engineering, and data science.
- Build trusted relationships across the sell side and with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Curiosity about how systems work and how data can solve business problems.
- Structured problem-solving and ability to progress with incomplete information.
- Hands-on work ethic, follow-through, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage competing priorities.
