Key responsibilities

• Assist with tax and revenue management business processes.
• Support SAP TRM, FICA, and PSCD implementation and support activities under guidance.
• Analyze business requirements and issues with team members.
• Help with UAT, testing, and data validation.
• Prepare documentation and process notes.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify problems and support solutions.
• Learn and contribute to SAP configuration and support tasks.
• Meet project timelines and quality standards.

Business and consulting skills

• Communicate clearly and concisely, research and perform detailed tasks, and understand business processes in the focus modules.
• Understand SAP business functionality and module touchpoints, solve detailed SAP problems, and explain SAP-enabled best practices.
• Work collaboratively, think creatively, manage time, interpret requirements, and apply SAP best practices.
• Develop consulting skills for client engagements and team initiatives; strong presentation skills are listed.
• Understand client business and technical environments and assist with solution and project documentation.
• Follow project and organizational guidelines, manage administrative duties, keep managers informed, and provide progress updates and useful insights.
• Develop understanding of SAP methodologies, tools, standards, and techniques, and deliver quality service.
