We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Associate – Business Support** to assist in day-to-day operational, administrative, and financial support activities.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of business management and finance, along with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to business teams to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Support financial processes including expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic budgeting activities
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, HR, operations) to facilitate business requirements
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Assist in data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables
- Support vendor coordination and basic procurement activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Accounting**, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in business support, operations, or finance-related roles
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (budgeting, invoicing, reporting)
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
