Mastercard’s 18-month Launch Program develops early-career commercial talent through hands-on experience, cross-functional projects, and structured learning.
The Global Markets role includes two nine-month rotations across curated career tracks.
Career tracks
- Sales and Business Development focuses on strategic sales planning, consultative and solution selling, product expertise, revenue goals, sales leads, and market intelligence.
- Product Management and Solutions focuses on user experience, product performance, customer needs and insights, and solution design.
- Track teams coordinate project status, reporting, financials, schedules, and implementation within agreed time, scope, resources, and budget.
Candidate requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, with an anticipated graduation date between March 2026 and August 2027.
- Available to start March 1, 2027.
- Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities and a willingness to take responsibility and deliver high-quality results.
- Able to communicate complex ideas effectively, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn through structured training and development.
Security responsibilities
- Follow Mastercard security policies, protect the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report suspected security violations, and complete mandatory security training.
