Job Summary
An Assistant Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training modules and workshops to new and current member service representatives.
An Assistant Trainer assists in providing a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
An Assistant Trainer monitors and reviews calls and documentation to confirm accuracy for quality purposes, assist in conducting training sessions, helps in maintaining records of training materials and also performs other duties as assigned.
An Assistant Trainer also keeps the attendance details of individuals attending classes and tabulate monthly totals for statistic reporting.
Training Planning and Delivery
- Assist in planning, preparing and delivering instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Assist in developing schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Prepare classroom for class activities.
- Assist in the selection and/or developing teaching aids such as training manual, training handbooks and materials, demonstration models, visual aids, and computer tutorials.
- Assist in providing a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
- Help in identifying and selection of different instructional resources and methods to meet trainees’ varying needs.
- Use relevant technology to support instruction.
- Instruct and monitor trainees in the use of learning materials and equipment.
- Assist the trainer in providing appropriate feedback on work.
- Collect and maintain accurate and complete records of trainees’ progress and development.
- Assist in updating all necessary records accurately and completely as required by the academy policies and regulations.
- Assist in preparation of required reports on trainees and activities
- Perform certain other duties including but not limited to student support, counseling trainees with academic problems and providing trainees encouragement
- Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs and trainees organizations
Required Skills
0-2 years experience
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English required
- Arabic language preferred
