Assistant Sales Manager

As an Assistant Manager – Sales at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, an IHG Hotel, you will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities for the hotel. You will work closely with the Sales team and hotel departments to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and business partners while achieving commercial objectives.

What You'll Do

Drive sales initiatives to achieve hotel revenue and business targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into profitable business.

Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and business development activities.

Support the planning and execution of sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.

Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen partnerships and encourage repeat business.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Collaborate with Revenue, Front Office, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account information.

A graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field .

Relevant sales experience, preferably within the hospitality industry .

Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

A commercially driven and target-oriented mindset.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel environment.

A proactive, confident, and results-focused professional with a passion for hospitality.
