The Junior Reward Analyst supports global reward processes through data analysis and administration.

Key responsibilities
- Support salary and bonus reviews and share scheme administration.
- Create reports, analyse data, and build Excel data models using information from multiple sources.
- Support salary and benefit survey submissions for global benchmarking.
- Contribute to ad hoc reward projects.
- Maintain and respond to operational queries through the Group Reward team inbox.
Candidate requirements
- MS Office Suite skills are essential.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
