Role description

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations.
• Assist customers and handle inquiries.
• Manage product displays and maintain a clean, organized retail environment.
• Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with the team to maintain accurate product information and pricing.
• Help achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.
• Report customer feedback and service issues to management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain customer satisfaction and efficient store performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to provide a positive shopping experience and address concerns.
• Team management skills to support retail team coordination and daily operations.
• Sales skills to help meet revenue targets, promote products, and identify customer needs.
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail for transactions, stock checks, and product labeling.
• Ability to balance on-site duties in Abu Dhabi Emirate with occasional remote tasks.
• Prior retail, shop assistant, or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further training in retail, sales, or customer service is beneficial.
