The company works with partners and brands in travel, luxury, and lifestyle to develop influencer-led campaigns and content.

Role overview

The International Assistant Project Manager reports to the International Client Director and joins the International Project Management team.

The role supports influencer campaigns and projects that showcase Abu Dhabi to global audiences.

Your mission

  • Assist with influencer casting, outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, contracting, and briefing.
  • Monitor influencer content and contribute to project reporting.
  • Contribute to benchmarks, digital trends research, competitor analysis, and influencer guidelines, with attention to regional nuances.
  • Support hosting influencers in Abu Dhabi and help ensure a smooth experience reflecting local values, culture, and hospitality.
  • Maintain clear, structured reporting and coordination within the team.

Experience and education

  • Initial experience with social media and/or influencers is preferred.
  • Strong interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality, particularly in the UAE or GCC.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous project management exposure is a plus.
  • Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfort working internationally and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Google Suite proficiency is a plus.

  • Creative and forward-thinking.
  • Understands and appreciates local culture and can translate it into authentic storytelling.

Compensation

  • AED 4,000 per month.

Duration and schedule

  • Six-month internship contract, full-time.
  • In-office and on-ground work four days per week, Monday through Thursday; remote work on Friday.

Workplace

  • Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a hybrid setup.
