About the Company

Role Overview

Client and Project Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their business goals.
• Address client requests, provide project updates, and support long-term client partnerships.
• Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with creative, production, strategy, and other internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or roadblocks.

Events and Influencer Activations

• Plan events with clients in line with brand identity and business objectives.
• Manage venues, vendors, talent, event logistics, and on-site execution.
• Integrate influencer activations, content creation, and strategic messaging into events.
• Oversee post-event data collection, performance analysis, and client reporting.

Strategy and Growth

• Support strategic plans for client accounts and contribute insights and recommendations.
• Support the Client Partner or Managing Director in executing strategies and achieving KPIs.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to proposals and pitches.

Budget and Reporting

• Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Prepare budget estimates, track expenses, and communicate variances.
• Coordinate with finance on timely billing and payment collection.
• Track project performance and present results and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Three to five years of account management or project management experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proven experience managing client relationships, delivering projects, and planning or executing events.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Influencer management and campaign execution experience is preferred.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, or Google Workspace is preferred.
• Experience with social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaign ecosystems is preferred.
• Experience working with creative, strategy, production, and talent teams is preferred.
