  • Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing within the project team.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth project handoffs.
  • Support the Project Manager in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a retail or technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
