Assistant Product Manager

The role

What you will do

• Deliver business processes accurately and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and customer outcomes.
• Create, refine and document product processes to improve colleague and customer experiences.
• Support product initiatives and projects with the Lead Product Manager and Product Manager.
• Identify ways to improve working practices, increase efficiency and simplify processes.
• Build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Develop knowledge of products, customer needs, operational processes and regulatory requirements.
• Work with Store and Telephone Banking teams to ensure colleagues have the knowledge, tools and guidance to support customers.

What you will need

• Experience in financial services or a similar regulated industry, with understanding of governance, risk and customer outcomes.
• Interest in customer experience and developing innovative customer-focused propositions that meet customer needs and support business objectives.
• Curiosity, proactivity and the ability to learn quickly, ask insightful questions and drive tasks and projects forward.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication, adapted to different audiences.
