We are hiring a Procurement Assistant Manager to join a leading real estate developer in Dubai, delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on procurement professional with strong experience in end-to-end purchasing and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full PR to PO cycle ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare commercial comparisons
- Issue RFQs/RFPs and evaluate vendor proposals
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers
- Maintain procurement documentation, compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage vendor database, onboarding, and performance
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, etc.) for smooth execution

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years of procurement experience (UAE real estate sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
