Role overview
Assistant PRO supporting government transactions, employee documentation, and UAE labour and immigration compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes, work permits, labour contracts, Emirates ID, and medical fitness processes.
- Coordinate employment contract preparation and renewals; monitor visa, Emirates ID, labour card, and contract expiry dates.
- Support onboarding and coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, Amer, Emirates ID services, medical centres, typing centres, and other authorities.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on government applications, documents, pending approvals, transfers, amendments, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee and company document records; coordinate document collection and submission.
- Assist with company licence, establishment card, and immigration card renewals; prepare expiry-status reports and respond to employee queries.
- Support compliance with UAE labour and immigration requirements and perform other assigned PRO and administrative duties.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of UAE experience as a PRO Assistant, PRO Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of UAE visa, labour, immigration, and employment contract procedures; experience with renewals, cancellations, work permits, and Emirates ID processes.
- Familiarity with MOHRE, GDRFA, Amer, Emirates ID, and other UAE government procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills; good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks, work independently, and coordinate with employees, authorities, and internal departments.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
