Hiring an Assistant Pastry Chef to support production of chocolates, pastries, and other confections.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or in a similar pastry role.
- Strong pastry technique and chocolate production knowledge; pastry production experience preferred.
- Chocolate handling and decoration knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, product quality commitment, ability to work under pressure and in a team, good hygiene, and professional attitude.
- HACCP certification preferred.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and be willing to take a practical skills test before hiring.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Head Pastry Chef with chocolate, pastry, and dessert preparation.
- Measure, mix, and prepare recipe ingredients.
- Prepare éclairs, choux pastry, profiteroles, cakes, mousses, and other desserts.
- Prepare ganache, pastry cream, diplomat cream, Chantilly cream, and other fillings.
- Assist with pralines, chocolate tempering, and basic chocolate decoration.
- Maintain product quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hygienic; follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and performance.

Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai Investment Park (DIP 2), UAE.
- Reliable commuting to Dubai or planned relocation before starting is preferred.
