Assistant Operations Manager

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of ULEARNA TECHNOLOGY L.L.C.
• Implement operational processes, systems, and reporting structures.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.
• Maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and regular management reporting.

Business Growth & Performance

• Drive operational execution for REAB and CARWA.
• Support product launches, marketplace operations, customer support processes, and service delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and transaction volumes.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to support business expansion.

Strategic Partnership Management

• Manage operational relationships with Marhaba and M1.
• Coordinate partner integrations, service delivery, and process alignment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications, escalations, and performance management.
• Monitor SLA compliance and ensure partners meet agreed commitments.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand commercial partnerships.

Finance & Administration

• Monitor operational budgets, expenses, invoicing, and cash flow.
• Support contract administration and regulatory compliance within the UAE.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations.
• Provide regular operational, financial, and growth reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in technology, marketplace, automotive, logistics, or startup environments is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and business growth.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships, vendors, and budgets.

Languages

• Fluent English (required).
• Arabic and/or Hindi is an advantage.

Location

• Dubai, UAE.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate independently are encouraged to apply.
