Assistant Manager - VAS Products

About the Job : We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Value Added Services (VAS) to support our team in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of value-added payment solutions. As part of our commitment to Emiratization and the development of local talent, this opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals (Emirati candidates) with a valid UAE family book.

Job accountabilities:

* Support coordination between Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams.

* Follow up on ongoing activities, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

* Maintain trackers and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

* Support the team in resolving day-to-day queries and coordination requirements.

SLA & Process Support

* Assist in developing and maintaining SLA trackers and service timelines.

* Monitor agreed timelines and follow up with relevant teams on pending activities.

* Support the documentation and improvement of internal processes.

* Escalate delays or challenges to the relevant team members when required.

Presentation & Content Development

* Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, product materials, business updates, and customer-facing content.

* Coordinate with Product and Operations teams to collect relevant information and inputs.

* Ensure presentations and materials are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

Sales & Marketing Support

* Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Marketing teams on VAS-related activities.

* Assist with preparation of customer presentations, proposals, product overviews, and sales

Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
