Assistant Manager - Strategy Oversight
About This Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Assistant Manager - Strategy Oversight to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with our long-term vision. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to oversee strategic projects, evaluate performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background coupled with excellent project management skills, enabling effective oversight and execution of strategic plans that contribute to Qiddiya's growth and success as a leading entertainment destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the formulation and communication of Qiddiya's strategic plans and business objectives
- Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and financial data to assess performance against strategic goals
- Collaborate with various departments to identify risks and opportunities related to strategic projects
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote strategic alignment and knowledge sharing across teams
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending adjustments to strategies based on performance data and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, or business development roles
