Job Purpose

  • The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization.
  • The Programs & Learning Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and continuous improvement of high quality, engaging, and industry relevant learning content for an online academy focused on best practices in real estate sales and leasing.

Core Accountabilities Strategic Responsibilities

  • Support in the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum strategy that meets the needs of real estate professionals.
  • Support in creating structured online courses and training pathways that reflect industry standards and align with Qiddiya Objectives.
  • Support in ensuring the curriculum reflects current industry trends, standards, and practices.
  • Collaborate with Qiddiya's Sales and Leasing Operations team, instructional designers and external experts to ensure content quality and relevance.
  • Stay informed in real estate education and e learning to ensure the academy remains at the forefront of the industry.

Core Accountabilities Operational Responsibilities

  • Support in oversight of the development of course content specific to sales and leasing and skill building.
  • Identify and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Support in developing assessments, case studies, and practical exercises to measure learners' understanding.
  • Define clear learning objectives and develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
  • Ensure training programs adhere to quality standards and best practices.
  • Support in soliciting feedback from participants, instructors, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

People Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers and Instructional Designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and other resources in accordance with organizational guidelines.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +8 years of managerial experience in curriculum, instructional design or education with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Experience in developing training curricula, course outlines, lesson plans and learning materials.
  • Experience working with e learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and digital content creation tools.
  • A proven track record of developing and delivering online training programs, ideally within the real estate sector or related industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate / training industry.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Strong project organizational and project management skills.
  • Arabic & English speaker Written & Spoken (desirable).
