Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi Projects (Individual Role)
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Managers to join our team and drive sales for our Abu Dhabi real estate projects.
The role is open to professionals currently based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with a strong track record in UAE property sales.
1. Dubai-Based Sales Managers
- Currently residing and working in Dubai
- Experience in UAE residential and luxury real estate sales
- Willing to focus on and actively promote Abu Dhabi projects
- Strong network of investors, brokers, and end users across the UAE
2. Abu Dhabi-Based Sales Managers
- Currently residing and working in Abu Dhabi
- Proven success in the Abu Dhabi property market
- Experience in off-plan and ready property sales
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, regulations, and buyer profiles
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales opportunities for Abu Dhabi projects
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and clients
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE real estate sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Proven track record in sales performance and client relationship management
Preferred Skills
- Existing broker and investor network in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai
- Experience in luxury and waterfront developments
- RERA or relevant UAE real estate certifications
Location Flexibility
Applications are welcome from both Dubai-based and Abu Dhabi-based sales professionals.
The primary focus of the role is the sale of Abu Dhabi projects, regardless of the candidate’s current base location.
