Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Contact Center Executive to join our team in a 24/7 operational environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to handle queries efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Work in rotational shifts to support a 24/7 contact center environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in **English** and at least one additional language (**Russian or Chinese preferred**)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts
