Accreditation and quality operations

• Manage CQI IRCA accredited back-office operations and accreditation activities.
• Coordinate with accreditation bodies on examinations and results for accredited training.
• Upload participant information CSV files to the accreditation portal; send examination links and share answer sheets with trainers for evaluation.
• Coordinate with trainers on post-training documentation and related issues; process batch examinations, results, and certificates.
• Maintain the accreditation dashboard, pass/fail ratios, and overall LATC performance information.
• Analyze trainer and training feedback; ensure policy, customer, and legal compliance and support improved customer satisfaction.
• Manage complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely closure.
• Manage processes and documentation through the portal and provide overall quality management system support.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field.
• Minimum 5 years in quality operations with exposure to management requirements, or minimum 4 years in operations delivering quality service in the certification and training body industry.
• Good coordination, interpersonal relationship, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and ability to multitask.
• Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and quality-related standards and best practices.
