Responsibilities
- Support sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital, and partner channels.
- Identify and approach corporate clients, aggregators, and distributors to drive B2B growth.
- Manage partner relationships, especially B2B and corporate clients.
- Work with Marketing on campaigns to increase gift card awareness and sales.
- Support issuance, redemption, reporting, and reconciliations for the gift card program.
- Assist with product enhancements, launches, and integrations with loyalty and payment systems.
- Monitor and report sales, redemptions, breakage, and channel performance.
- Recommend ways to optimize B2B sales and overall growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or account management; retail, loyalty, or payments experience is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales and business development, particularly B2B.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage external clients.
- Data-driven mindset and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; CRM experience is a plus.
- Based in Saudi Arabia and UAE.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
